| PACKAGING AND SHIPPING ~ We take packaging your gifts very seriously here at Mim’s Country Crafts. All orders are carefully packaged for safe shipping to ensure your product arrives in the same condition as it left our shop. Fees are determined at time of shipping . These fees will be deducted on any refund request (excluding canceled orders - see below). All orders will receive a conformation email.
4. We will ship your gift within the USA (lower 48 states) only. All other areas may be expected to pay an additional fee. You will be contacted and asked to make any additional shipping fees that may be required prior to the shipment of your order. Payment for extra shipping fees can be made via paypal so your order may ship out right away or you may send a check if you live in North America (see our policies on accepting checks). We DO NOT ship to Africa Nigeria or Egypt. Due to health regulations all sales are final on the following products: Lotions soaps bath gels essential oils and bath potpourri. If your order arrives damaged we will replace the same item please follow the instructions above for returns.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging for a full refund less shipping charges. We strive to satisfy our customers and to see to it that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. We are not liable for any damages that may occur once the product is in your possession. Returns: You will need to contact me for a pre-authorization number. There will be a 10% restocking fee for all un-authorized returns. Any un-authorized and un-insured return is subject to a full damage inspection with the shipper being fully liable for all damages. If you receive damaged merchandise notify me within 3 days of receipt for return and refund or replacement instructions. We generally ship USPS or UPS however if you would prefer another carrier just email us that information and we will try to accommodate you. (there may be additional fees).

| Canceling an Order: All orders placed on line using your credit card will be assessed a service fee if canceled after 48 hours of placing the order. If you cancel a custom order prior to shipment there is a 30% restocking fee in addition to any service fees. Due to the handcrafted nature of our work there are NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS once they have shipped.
